File Quarterly Contribution and Wage Reports

Employers are required to file a Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages (DE 9) and the Quarterly Contribution Return and Report of Wages (Continuation) (DE 9C) each quarter.

Employers may file both reports either electronically using our expanded EDD e-Services for Business, a paper form DE 9C, or on approved alternate forms.
